What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Atlas Value:

Account information (name, email, company name, phone number), opportunity and analysis data you create, AI-generated frameworks and business cases, and call transcripts you upload for analysis.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Atlas Value service. Specifically: to generate AI-powered value engineering analyses, to persist your work across sessions, and to improve service reliability through error tracking.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI analysis is performed via Anthropic's API under their enterprise data handling terms, with no data retention by the AI provider.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security ensuring strict tenant isolation. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs on Vercel's SOC 2 Type II certified platform.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Atlas Value uses the following third-party services:

Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error tracking). Each operates under their own privacy policies and enterprise data handling agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access all data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data in a machine-readable format.
