Atlas Value provides AI-powered value engineering tools including product catalog analysis, ROI modeling, TCO analysis, and business case generation for enterprise software sales professionals.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or create within Atlas Value. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content, including opportunity data, analysis results, or uploaded transcripts.

4. AI-Generated Content

Atlas Value uses artificial intelligence to generate value frameworks, ROI models, and business cases. These outputs are analytical suggestions and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in business decisions. Atlas Value makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated financial projections.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Atlas Value employs row-level security, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit to protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the AI models, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
